After doing some re-arranging inside the O2 Arena in London, the UFC has been able to increase the seating capacity for the previously sold out UFC 120 on Oct. 16. Extra tickets are now on sale.
The Ultimate Fighting Championship will return to England on Oct. 16, for UFC 120 at the O2 Arena, headlined by a middleweight clash between Michael Bisping (19-3 MMA, 9-3 UFC) and Yoshihiro Akiyama (13-2 MMA, 1-1 UFC).
This Saturday night Frank “Twinkle Toes” Trigg climbs back into the UFC Octagon for the first time in four years. Trigg will be battling what he has called “a younger faster version of himself” in Josh Koscheck.
The odds-makers have made Trigg a pretty significant underdog and few of the “professionals” believe he can beat Koscheck. From the outside looking in it is understandable why the odds are against Trigg.
First of all, he is 37-years-old and Koscheck is 31. Also, Koscheck has been fighting higher quality opponents over the last few years.

UFC veterans Josh Haynes and Sean Salmon met tonight at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas at “A Night of Combat II”.
Salmon was a late replacement for Steve Byrnes. This was one of the most anticipated fights on the card due to the style match-ups and it turned out to be a great showing by both fighters.
Haynes showed marked improvement since his TUF days and his time with Xtreme Couture is clearly paying off. Salmon showed great heart and displayed some of the top-level wrestling he is known for.
You will be able to watch this fight and the entire Night of Combat card Saturday Oct.18 on HDNet. Until then here are the night’s results and how the action went down:
Tonight Mike Pyle will wage war with the extremely dangerous and seasoned Brian Gassaway at the Night of Combat II event in Las Vegas. Pyle has looked incredibly dominant in the last year riding a three fight win streak since his loss to EliteXC welterweight champion Jake Shields. A fight he says he would absolutely love to have back. The man they call “Quicksand” will have his chance to cement the common belief that he is among the top dogs in the 170 pound division tonight if he can secure an impressive victory over dangerous striker Brian Gassaway.
PRO MMA: Thanks for taking this time with us Mike. How are you feeling physically right now leading up to the fight?
MIKE: I’m feeling good, just a little hungry from cutting weight is all.
