UFC officials have added two more bouts to the upcoming TUF 17 Finale that’s set for April 13 in LasVegas. A featherweight bout between Cole Miller and Bart Palaszewski has been verbally agreed upon. Also, a featherweight bout between Justin Lawrence and Daniel Pineda have been verbally agreed upon to take place at the event.
News has recently emerged that UFC fighter Mike Brown (26-8) who recently indicated that he was thinking about retirement has decided to stick around a bit longer. The 36-year-old has revealed that he has signed a new five-fight contract with the UFC and he intends to see it through.
The UFC 149 card that’s set for July 21st in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, has been hit by the injury bug once again. Featherweight George Roop has had to withdraw from his scheduled fight with Antonio Carvalho due to an injury. Daniel Pineda will now replace Roop and face Carvalho in a featherweight bout according to the UFC website.
