Cage Warriors Fighting Championships (CWFC) held their fifty-fifth event at the Helix in Dublin, Ireland, this past Saturday, June 1. In the headline bout of the evening current Cage Warriors welterweight champion Cathal Pendred scored one of his biggest victories to date, defeating former UFC fighter Che Mills via third round TKO. It was Pendred’s take-downs and strength that allowed him to stay dominant for the majority of the fight.
A new bout has been added to the Cage Warriors 55 card as Cathal Pendred (12-2-1) defends the Cage Warriors welterweight title against former UFC fighter Che Mills (15-5). The event is set to take place at the Helix in Dublin, Ireland, on June 1.
