UFC 170 gets Bryan Caraway vs. Lucas Martins in bantamweight affair

We haven’t seen Bryan Caraway inside the Octagon since April. He was a coach alongside his girlfriend Miesha Tate on The Ultimate Fighter 18 and then helped her get prepared for her rematch with Ronda Rousey. Now Caraway will resume trying to climb the bantamweight ladder when he meets Lucas Martins at UFC 170 in Vegas.

UFC Women’s Bantamweight champ Ronda Rousey is not a huge fan of Miesha Tate nor her UFC fighter boyfriend Bryan Caraway, and has not been shy about her feelings for either. UFC fighter Nate Diaz suspended 90 days and fined $20,000 for gay slur

UFC lightweight Nate Diaz was already on a bit of thin ice having lost his last two fights in a row, so when he broke the UFC’s Code of Conduct this past week by calling Byan Caraway a “Fag”, UFC president Dana White said Diaz would either be fined, suspended or released by the promotion.

Fortunately for Diaz he gets to keep his job — at least for now.

Nate Diaz may have just got himself fired from the UFC

Nate Diaz did not approve of Pat Healy having his $130,000 bonus money taken away for testing positive for marijuana. And he certainly didn’t like the fact that the bonus money was awarded to pot-hater Bryan Caraway. However, Nate went a bit far in expressing his discontent with the following tweets…
