Boxing great Tyson Fury may have his February 22nd opponent, Deontay Wilder in his crosshairs but his peripheral vision is still sharp. Fury has always been behind UFC mega star Conor McGregor and it appears his stance has not changed.
ESPN MMA shared a photo of Tyson with a very positive quote about Conor’s current and potential impact in boxing and in sports overall. He said, “If he wants do boxing, do it”. This is a far cry from the build up to the Irishman’s bout with Floyd Mayweather Jr when many of boxing’s big names came out to condemn the event.
