The state of it…. This humongous women in a gi sporting a black belt and towering over the top of the cage stood across the cage from someone pretty much half of her size back in 1995. The smaller woman had to be in fear of being smooshed and eaten and the larger woman looked as disinterested in engaging as she could have possibly been. This is it folks. This is what women’s MMA looked like in 1995 and it looked just like the men’s divisions did. Freak shows. Three words…boob smother victory.
