We finally got more information from the family of WWE and WCW legend Ric Flair about his condition. Flair is a two time WWE Hall of Famer and is always in the discussion for GOAT in the sport. The 68 year old pro wrestler was placed in a medical coma this weekend and information has been a slow leak concerning the whole ordeal.
Wendy Barlow, Ric Flair’s fiancee released several updates with the most recent being that Flair had “multiple organ problems”. This update comes five days after being checked in to a hospital in Atlanta. She did elaborate with more details than previously available to the public and more importantly to his fans.
Just want to give an update to my friends and family as I have been unable to talk on the phone without crying and just feel shocked over events. I took Ric to the hospital Friday night with severe abdominal pain. From that moment on it all seems like a nightmare. Multiple organ problems.
She specifically denied rumors about a surgery involving his colon.
Not to go into too many details I want everyone to know he still needs prayers as he is still in critical condition. And no he did not have colon surgery … it was another surgery!
The latest and most believable are that it involved his heart and liver, but no one can confirm this so keep it in the rumor part of your brain. We will update everyone as soon as we can.
