At UFC 47, after an eye poke, Chuck Liddell teed off on Tito Ortiz and sent him to the canvas on his backside. They met again at UFC 66 and Liddell sealed the deal again with a KO.  Famously, they were set to fight again after a coaching stint on The Ultimate Fighter reality show but Tito pulled out due to injury. Chuck went ballistic and ended up getting knocked out and retired by Rich Franklin for his lack of focus and probably motivation.

You would think after Tito went to Bellator that the rivalry would have fizzled. Nope.

Twitter played host to the rekindling of the fiery relationship when Liddell posted a photo of a face off between the two with the caption “why not”. Tito responded with a resounding no and said Liddell could borrow some money. Chuck went off:

We took the pic as requested by the media. You knew I was going to post it, u posed for i. I heard you changed for the better but with your lack of class and character i knew it was impossible. Some encouraged me to give you a shot saying Amber changed u. Judging from your tweet you’re still the same piece of shit I’ve punked on numerous occasions. Now we know who the real trash was, you can’t blame @jennacantlose any more. Man up! Now let me borrow some money bitch where should we meet up I need it soon!

Tito is 42 to Chuck’s 47 and it’s unclear if fans would even be interested. Chuck said that if the rumors that Tito couldn’t make it to light heavyweight’s 205 pound limit that he would face him at heavyweight.

Would you like to see a third fight?
