Former WWE star “The Pre-show Stopper” Ryback now known simply as “The Big Guy” is currently charging a minimum of $4,500 for independent appearances, but a few exceptions have reportedly been made. Some promoters are leaking to the press that they are getting a discounted rate if they book the “Big Guy” for more than one date. Some of the others are being charged more than $5,000 a pop.
“The Big Guy” is a former WWE Intercontinental Champion. As of now, he has been announced for WrestlePro events in New York this October and he was announced for the WrestleCade event in Winston-Salem, NC sometime in November. According to Lordsofpain.net, he was also announced for a Northeast Wrestling event on August 25th in Pomona, NY.
The big news is that Ryback is allegedly in talks with the popular New Japan Pro Wrestling organization and the only thing holding them up is his salary negotiations.
