With the rematch between Nate Diaz and Conor McGregor coming up in less than two weeks at UFC 202 on Aug. 20, fans are ready to see if anything will be different with a full training camp from the Stockton brawler and a predetermined 170-pound matchup for Conor. When they first fought in March at UFC 196, McGregor’s originally scheduled lightweight opponent, Rafael dos Anjos, had pulled out with an injury. Nate had been on vacation and stepped up on just 11 days notice, but the fight was contested at 170-pounds, a full 15-pounds heavier than what Conor had originally trained for when preparing for dos Anjos. The oddsmakers still have Conor a slight favorite in the rematch, despite getting submitted by Diaz the first time. Whichever side of the fence you are leaning on, check out this excellent fan made promo that has us hyped for part 2 of this bad blood super fight.
