TJ Dillashaw put a systematic beatdown on former champion Renan Barao to retain his bantamweight title Saturday night at UFC on Fox 16 in Chicago. Dillashaw proved their first fight was no fluke, used his footwork, striking and angles to win the striking game, and tired Barao out against the cage and in the clinch. Then early in round four Dillashaw backed Barao to the cage and unloaded a barrage of machine gun like punches that seemed to go on forever before referee Herb Dean stepped in to stop it.
