UFC officials have announced the main event for the upcoming UFC Fight Night 60 which will take place on February 14 at the 1stBank Center in Broomfield, Colarado. Matt Brown and Tarec Saffiedine have verbally agreed to face off against one another in the five round main event.
Brown (19-12) is coming off an epic five round unanimous decision loss against current welterweight title challenger Robbie Lawler in his last outing. The loss snapped an incredible seven fight winning streak which saw Brown stop six of those opponents via TKO/KO.
Saffiedine (15-4) is coming off the first TKO loss of his career in his last outing against Rory MacDonald. Saffiedine had rattled off five consecutive wins over a three year period while also battling injuries.
