Antonio “Bigfoot” Silva has been vocal in the past, but I am not sure as vocal as he was on Twitter attacking Josh Barnett. Barnett had just tweeted:

Nothing inflammatory or close to a call out there. Then, wham! Out of the blue Bigfoot Silva says he is ducking him and starts talking trash like this:

On Twitter shit can go from zero to real, very quickly. Barnett is not one to hold back words, but this was so out of the blue that he may not have even given a proper response yet. In fact, Bigfoot may have some kind of imaginary beef with Barnett that only the “Baby Faced Assassin” can see. The rest of us see it for what it looks like, a desperate plea, specifically to get Dana White’s attention.
Bigfoot’s last fight ended in embarrassment when he and Mark Hunt put on the fight of the night that saw a majority draw outcome – later overturned because Silva had elevated levels of testosterone in his system. Barnett’s last fight was a TKO loss to Travis Browne in the first minute of the fight. Both fighters are hungry and never back down from a fight. This could be a powder keg.
