UFC officials have announced a lightweight matchup for the upcoming UFC Dublin event that’s set for July 19. Norman Parke and Naoyuki Kotani have verbally agreed to scrap on the card. The event will take place at the O2 Arena, and will be headlined by the featherweight fight between Conor McGregor and Cole Miller.
Parke (19-2-1) is coming of a fight with Leonardo Santos that was ruled a majority draw after Parke was deducted a point for grabbing the shorts of Santos. The TUF Smashes winner is undefeated in his UFC career (3-0-1), winning all of his fights via judges decision.
Kotani (33-10-7) will be making his first UFC appearance since 2007. He lost his only two UFC fights that year, but has gone on to rattle off 13 consecutive wins since 2010.
