Invicta women’s featherweight champion Cris Cyborg is still pursuing a fight with UFC bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey. Cyborg appeared on the “Inside MMA” show and addressed Rousey’s recent statement that she would fight Gina Carano at a catch weight bout of 145 pounds. Cyborg mentioned the fact that Rousey was running from her if she was willing to fight Carano at 145 pounds and not fight her at her natural fighting weight of 145 pounds.

Rousey has stated that she’d only fight Cyborg if she was able to cut down to 135 pounds, which many believe isn’t possible for the Brazlian. Cyborg believes that Rousey isn’t a true fighter because she’s not willing to fight her at 145, which is a weight that Rousey used to fight at early in her career. Of course, Cyborg backed up her willingness to fight anyone by taking on undefeated muay thai fighter Jorina Baars (35-0-3) in a muay thai fight just last week. Cyborg had only had two muay thai bouts in her career.  Cyborg also addressed a rumor of her potentially fighting undefeated Holly Holm on a PPV bout. Check out the video below:

Do you agree with Cyborg that Rousey is running from her if she would fight Carano at 145 and not her?
