UFC officials have announced that bantamweights Yves Jabouin and Mike Easton have agreed to do battle at UFC 174 on June 14 in Vancouver, British Columbia. The main event has not been announced at this time, but is expected in the coming weeks. The event will take place at Rogers Arena, which is home to the NHL’s Vancouver Canucks.
Jabouin (19-9) is coming off a second round TKO loss at the hands of Eddie Wineland in his last outing at UFC on FOX 10. The bantamweight has been knocked out in two of his last three bouts.
Easton (13-4) is coming into this bout after losing his last three consecutive fights. Easton lost a unanimous decision to TJ Dillashaw in his last outing at UFC Fight Night 35. Easton entered the UFC with a career record of (10-1), but holds a UFC record of (3-3) and definitely needs a win here to get his career on track.
