ProWMMA Now! returns tonight at 9:30 p.m. ET

Gina Begley and Emily Bartee return to hold down Monday night’s on the ProMMAnow.com Radio Network. The episode kicks off with 1-0 professional fighter Katie Howard. She has faced top talent throughout her amateur career and continues the trend into the professional ranks. Tonight Howard and her coach join the episode to discuss an upcoming fight against Glena Vila on April 5th for Rumble at the Roseland in Portland, OR.

Mariah Prussia will face Brandis LaFrambois March 29th on Max Fights 19 in Fargo, ND. We will catch up with Prussia and discuss her fight camp and career as a WMMA competitor. Natalie Roy will be the final guest of the evening. If you are familiar with her it is most likely from her career as a boxer and kickboxer. Roy will step foot inside the MMA ring for the first time on March 29th. The professional bout will going down in Santa Fe, NM for Triple A MMA.
