247px-Hulk_HoganWhatcha gonna do when Hulk Hogan returns to the WWE and hosts Wrestlemania 30? You better figure it out because on Sunday, April 6, the Hulkster will be doing just that at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans. Hogan will also be making his return to Monday Night Raw next week, as well as appear on WWE Raw Backstage Pass, airing live on WWE Network immediately following Raw.

The news was announced today via WWE.

WWE Chairman Vince McMahon commented:

“We are thrilled that Hulk Hogan has returned home to WWE. It’s fitting to have him help us celebrate 30 years of WrestleMania and usher in a new era with the launch of WWE Network.”

Hogan first became WWE (WWF) Champion way back in 1984 when he defeated The Iron Sheik in Madison Square Garden and gave birth to the “Hulkamania” revolution. The past couple years he’d spent with TNA but left the organization after his contract expired last October.

The 60-year-old Hogan commented on his return to the WWE:

“Words cannot express how excited I am to be back in the WWE family. I only have one question for the WWE Universe: Whatcha you gonna do when Hulkamania runs wild as the host of WrestleMania 30?”
