UFC officials have announced that the UFC 170: Rousey vs. McMann event tickets will go on sale Friday, January 10, at 1 p.m. ET. UFC women’s bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey (8-0) will take on undefeated challenger Sara McMann (7-0) in a battle of Olympic medalists on February 22.
Rousey last defended her crown in December at UFC 168 when she bested arch nemesis Miesha Tate via third round submission. McMann is the most decorated women’s wrestler in MMA, winning an Olympic Silver medal at the 2004 games in Athens. Rousey was a bronze medalist in Judo at the 2008 games in Beijing.
The event will take place at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, Nevada, and are priced at $450, $325, $200, $150, $90 and $50.
The co-main event will feature a light heavyweight clash between former UFC light heavyweight champion Rashad Evans (19-3) as he welcomes former Strikeforce heavyweight GP winner Daniel Cormier (13-0) to the light heavyweight division.
