When Chicago hosts UFC on FOX 10 later next month they will get a solid match up in the bantamweight division.  Sergio Pettis will make his sophomore appearance inside the Octagon against The Ultimate Fighter 12’s Alex Caceres.

Pettis made his debut back in November at UFC 167 and the 20 year old extended his unbeaten streak to 10 wins with a decision victory over Will Campuzano. It was the only the third decision out of his 10 wins. Pettis is the former Resurrection Fighting Alliance flyweight champion but looks to be settling into the bantamweight division of the UFC. He trains with his UFC lightweight champion brother Anthony Pettis with Duke Roufus.

A cast member of The Ultimate Fighter 12, Caceres has found success as of late. He is on a three fight winning streak that would have been four had he not tested positive for marijuana after a win over Kyung Ho Kang in March. He defeated Roland Delorme via split decision at UFC 165.

UFC on FOX returns to the windy city of Chicago on January 25th. The United Center will play host to a lightweight battle between former UFC champ Benson Henderson and Josh Thomson. For more on the card stay close to PROMMAnow (www.prommanow.com)
