It has been a year and nine months since current UFC champ Ronda Rousey captured the Strikeforce bantamweight title with a submission win over Miesha Tate. Rousey chatted with Kenny Rice of AXS TV’s Inside MMA about the fighter she was then and the fighter she will be at UFC 168.

“I was a professional fighter for only a year when I fought for the title…. Now I’ve had three years as a professional fight and I really feel like if I fought the me that fought Miesha [Tate], then I’d kick the crap out of myself right now.”

Rousey goes on to say she only game plans for the first exchange and it turns into improvisation after that. Here is Rice talking to to the champ. Remember you can catch Inside MMA every Friday live at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m on AXS TV.
