Ken Shamrock returns to professional wrestling

Ken Shamrock made a return to pro wrestling, December 7th at an Amo del Hexagono event in Costa Rica. Sean Waltman (X-PAC), Carlito, and others also participated in the show. Ken interrupted Carlito celebrating after winning the 1WS  Championship. Shamrock attacked Carlito before putting him in the ankle lock and then challenging him to a title match.

Shamrock has been out of  competition since 2010 in MMA. Several bouts had been scheduled but none ever actually took place. He last made a wrestling appearance in 2009 for independent Juggalo Championship Wrestling. Prior to that he made stops in TNA as well as Ring of Honor. He was a former WWE Intercontinental champion as well as a tag team champion with Big Boss Man.
