Two of the best strikers went at it at UFC 160 as former champion Junior Dos Santos took on former K1 kickboxing champion Mark Hunt in a battler for the ages. Both men landed good shots and had each other hurt at points in this fight, but what made this fight great was the ending.
Both men left the fight battered, Hunt managed to break his toe in the first round on top of the knockout loss. He’s been recovering from a nasty staph infection ever since the loss. Now Junior Dos Santos is preparing to take on champion Cain Velasquez in an attempt to reclaim his title at UFC 166. The trilogy will finally have an ending!
