This event will also mark the UFC debut on the brand new FOX Sports 1 channel. The preliminary fights will begin at 4:30 p.m. ET on Facebook, then transition to the FOX Sports 1 channel at 6 p.m. ET.

CODY DONOVAN  vs. OVINCE ST. PREUX 

Round 1 – Touch of gloves. Cautious start to begin. Donovan steps in and lands with a right. They clinch and Donovan presses St. Preux into the cage. Donovan lands inside with dirty boxing, connecting with an uppercut and a flurry on his way out. Donovan dips in and shoots, then puts St. Preux back on the cage again. Donovan scores with short, left hands inside. Knees to the legs from Donovan. Donovan gets the big takedown, but gets reversed. St. Preux lands a big left hand and rocks Donovan from inside the guard. A flurry of left hands and St. Preux is landing with power. Donovan is hurt and it’s over. Big finish from St. Preux.

DIEGO BRANDAO  vs. DANIEL PINEDA 

Round 1 – Pineda coming forward to start. Brandao steps back and counters with a right hand as Pineda fires off a combo. Pineda taking the center of the octagon. Brandao with a wild overhand right. Big kick from Brandao. He’s getting on track now. Big right hand connects. Brandao is stalking. Head kick, right hand. Pineda looks hurt but is firing back. Brandao with a flying knee. Right hand. Pineda looks like he has recovered. Leg kick Pineda. Nice exchange in the pocket. Brandao has slowed down, sticking to his gameplan. Huge right hand connects for Brandao. Four punch flurry from Brandao. All of them connect. He’s scoring at will. Brandao just keeps coming forward. Pineda scores inside with a combo but gets taken down. Fast paced first round so far with just over a minute to go. Back to the feet. Pineda fires off a combination but Brandao uses good head and feet movement to avoid damage. Kicks from Pineda now. Brandao counters with kicks of his own, then scores with his right hand. Action-packed first round. PMN scores the first for Brandao 10-9.

Round 2 – Pineda comes out kicking. Pineda counters a kick from Brandao and lands down the middle. Pineda is much more aggressive this round. It cost him as he stepped in close. Brandao changes levels and gets a quick takedown. Pineda works himself to the cage and then instead of standing, gets his legs high and goes for a triangle. Brandao postures up, but Pineda switches to the armbar. Brandao pulls free and they stand back up. Brandao lands a kick, then dips in for another takedown. Pineda is controlling the posture of Brandao really well early. He sneaks in an elbow from his back. Not much action from the ground as Herb Dean calls for action. Pineda secures an arm and goes for a kimura, but instead uses it to sweep. He’s now in full mount landing big elbows from the top. Brandao may be in trouble here. Pineda in a dominating high full mount landing a flurry of punches. Brandao is taking a lot of shots. He rolls out of trouble, then scrambles his hips out to retain guard. Pineda standing over Brandao but leaves a foot in danger, and Brandao goes for an ankly. Pineda pulls free and is now back in the full guard of Brandao. He finishes on top landing strikes. Big round for Pineda. PMN scores it for Pineda 10-9.

Round 3 – May all come down to this final round. Brandao gets a quick takedown 30 seconds in. Brandao lands to the body from the top then lets Pineda get back to his feet. Pineda flashes his jab, but gives up another takedown as Brandao changes levels. Pineda gets back to his feet on the cage and pushes off. Pineda firing off shots but is missing badly. Brandao lands a counter left hand. Pineda shoots but is stuffed. Pineda coming forward but gets taken down again. That’s three takedowns midway through the round. That may be enough to win this fight if it goes to the cards. Brandao on top but not doing much. Yamasaki calls for action. Pineda scrambles to his feet but has Brandao draped on his back. Big standing elbows from Pineda. Pineda lands with a superman punch but once again gets put on his back. Brandao is clearly stalling, and the referee stands them up immediately. Pineda uncorks a couple of wheel kicks but the fatigue is evident. Pineda shoots for a late takedown but the bell sounds. PMN scores the final round Brandao, and the fight overall to him as well, 29-28.

MIKE BROWN vs. STEVEN SILER 

Round 1 – Siler flashing his jab early. Brown starting conservatively, feinting level changes. Big leg kick from Siler. Brown steps in and gets caught with a big right hand. Brown is down, Siler pounces. Siler is throwing a flurry of hammerfists. Then leaps in with a monster right hand that puts Brown out. Wow!!! Huge finish and win from Siler. Brown disputes the stoppage but may not even realize that he was fully KO’d.

MAX HOLLOWAY vs. CONOR MCGREGOR

Round 1 – Tons of hype and plenty of love in Boston for McGregor. This fight should be full of fireworks. McGregor with kicks to start. Working the legs, and alternating from the body to the head. Holloway looks relaxed out there, but eats a straight left hand. Holloway fires back with leg kicks. McGregor with a nice one-two combo. Holloway counters with a right hand. McGregor really mixing up the strikes as he stalks forward. McGregor leans in with a lead left hook, then a jumping kick. Uppercut from McGregor. Holloway standing in and firing back but is getting outgunned so far. McGregor looks supremely confident. He advances forward with his hands low but Holloway has been unable to capitalize so far. More kicks from McGregor. Holloway working his jab now. McGregor putting on a kicking clinic. His varied attack has Holloway very hesitant. Holloway over the top with a right hand that connects. One-two connects for McGregor. End of round. Big round for McGregor. PMN scores it 10-9 for McGregor.

Round 2 – McGregor picks up right where he left off. More kicks and combos. He stays so busy in there. So relaxed. Holloway will have to take a chance at some point if he wants to get back in this. Nice jab from Holloway. Leg kick McGregor. He uses kicks like a jab at times. Just constantly throwing it out there. Head kick from McGregor. Blocked. He throws it with no wind up at all. Holloway connects with a jab-right hand combo. Holloway staying in the pocket now. McGregor fakes a left hand, then snaps the head of Holloway back with an uppercut. McGregor with a stiff left hand down the middle. McGregor catches a kick and dumps Holloway to the mat. McGregor trying to pass, but Holloway secures him in his guard. McGregor postures and dives in with a left hand. Holloway secures the right arm of McGregor and gains control of the posture of McGregor. Holloway has taken little damage to this point. McGregor frees his leg and moves to side control. End of round. Another round for McGregor.

Round 3 – Back to the kicks from McGregor. Holloway doubling up on his jab now. Right hand finds it’s home for Holloway. McGregor changes levels and puts Holloway back on the mat. McGregor jumps to side control, then nearly gets to full mount. Holloway fights off repeated attempts from McGregor to advance to full mount, then nearly sweeps his opponent. Back to the feet but only for a moment. McGregor takes him right back down. McGregor moves to full mount now with 2:39 left to go. McGregor just riding out some time right now. Not much offense. Holloway rolls, and McGregor postures and lands some big shots. Big elbows from the top now. Total positional control from McGregor. Holloway finally creates enough space to get out the back door. Back to the feet. Head kick from Holloway wobbles McGregor, but ends up on his back after yet another takedown. McGregor ends the fight on the top. PMN scores the bout a sweep for McGregor, 30-27.

MICHAEL MCDONALD vs. BRAD PICKETT 

Round 1 – Kick from McDonald to start. Pickett steps in and throws a right over the top. Body kick from McDonald. Left hook connects for McDonald. Pickett is hurt. McDonald relentless with his pursuit. He is connecting with everything. McDonald drops Pickett. McDonald connects with a flurry. Somehow Pickett survives. McDonald backs up and looks relaxed and calm despite that blitzing start. Pickett steps in for a right hand but McDonald takes him to the mat. Pickett scrambles to his feet and they restart in the center of the cage. McDonald lands a big kick to the body then drops Pickett with a perfectly timed right hand. Pickett on his back now. McDonald backs off and lets Pickett stand. Staggering lean in knee from McDonald. He is landing big, powerful shots in this first round. Pickett wings a right hand but misses badly. Under a minute to go now. Big exchange in the pocket. McDonald gets the better of the exchange. PMN scores the first for McDonald, 10-8.

Round 2 – Pickett advancing to start the second. McDonald’s speed is the difference so far. He circles out and away easily avoiding damage. Uppercut lands from McDonald. Pickett swinging for air most of the time. McDonald is scoring as Pickett steps in to throw. Pickett shoots for a leg and ends up on top. McDonald on his back for the first time. Pickett throwing to the body, then lands a short elbow. McDonald staying relaxed and mostly controlling the posture of Pickett. More elbows from Pickett. Pickett working the body. McDonald finds an opening and locks up a triangle attempt. Pickett now defending an armbar. Back to the triangle and this time it’s tight. The tap comes. Mcdonald with a very, very impressive victory.

MICHAEL JOHNSON vs. JOE LAUZON

Round 1 – Touch of gloves to kick off the main card. Crowd favorite Joe Lauzon getting a huge lift from the audience. Johnson flashing his jab early. Lots of feints. Johnson looks fast, Lauzon looks patient. That’s what he does until you make a mistake. Jab Lauzon. Straight left hand connects for Johnson. Johnson with a flurry. Lauzon still coming forward. Johnson staying busy as Lauzon keeps coming forward. To the body from Johnson. Johnson with a jab then uppercut. Lauzon lands with his right hand and backs Johnson up. Back to the body from Johnson. He’s building a lead midway through. Johnson connects with a left and drops Lauzon. Lauzon immediately pops up to his feet. Johnson is landing some big shots now. Lauzon still pressing looking to shake off that knockdown. Stats show that Johnson is up nearly 4 to 1 on total strikes landed. Uppercut from Johnson. He throws a flurry of one, two, three shots, then an uppercut that snaps the head of Lauzon back. Johnson drops Lauzon again. Total dominating round for Johnson to start. PMN scores round 1 for Johnson 10-9.

Round 2 – Johnson opens up the second with his jab. It’s been crisp to this point. Johnson’s speed is an issue right now. Big combo again from Johnson. Lauzon finally gets inside and gets to the clinch. He’s pressing Johnson on the cage and the crowd responds with cheers. Johnson fights off the takedown and pushes off. Johnson lands to the body. He’s mixing it up with strikes to the body then the head. Johnson is slowing slightly and that is something that Lauzon never does. Lauzon pressing forward now. Jab Lauzon. Big left hook from Lauzon wobbles Johnson. Jab Lauzon. Johnson fires back but he doesn’t have the sting that he had in round 1. Lauzon’s jab is working well now. He’s scoring at will with it. Knee in the clinch from Lauzon. Right hand Lauzon, then to the clinch. Johnson is leaning on Lauzon against the cage. Lauzon pushes off and takes the center of the cage. Johnson still throwing with speed but missing more then he is connecting. Lauzon still scoring with his jab. Straight left from Johnson scores. Lauzon steps forward and Johnson gets a very important late takedown. PMN still scores the second for Lauzon.

Round 3 – Lauzong jab. Johnson to the body. Lauzon still flashing his jab consistently. Inside leg kick Johnson. Left hand Johnson. He’s mixing it up now. Nice left hand from Johnson. Lauzon swinging, but Johnson is outworking him to start. One-two combo from Johnson. Big 9 or 10 strike combo from Johnson. Kicks, knees, elbows, punches. Very effective. Johnson seems to have caught his second wind. Johnson staying aggressive. Landing from all angles. Body, head, Johnson. He’s dominating this fight. Lauzon seems to have no answer for the firepower that he is facing. Lauzon connects with a left hand but it’s mostly one and done. Right hand Lauzon. One-two combo from Johnson. Lead left from Johnson. Lauzon chasing but he needs a miracle to win this fight now with under 20 seconds to go. Johnson lands to the body, uppercut, knee, then dips in and gets a late takedown. Domination. PMN scores it 29-28 for Johnson.

URIAH HALL vs. JOHN HOWARD 

Round 1 – Touch of gloves, and Hall shoots in and gets a quick takedown. Howard working the butterfly guard, and using good wrist control to hold off the attack of Hall. Boos erupt from the crowd as the action stalls. Howard kicks off, but Hall is still standing over him. Hall backs off and Howard gets to his feet. Leg kick Howard. Hall kick, jab. Knee up the middle. Crisp jab from hall. His striking looks clean and very, very fast. Lots of feints from hall as Howard keeps his head moving on a swivel. Leaping left hook from Howard connects. Howard pressing Hall into the cage. Hall reverses and puts Howard against the cage, then drops for a takedown attempt. Howard fights it off and gets his hips free. Howard landing inside with short right hands. Howard lands an elbow on the break. Leg kick Howard. Knee from Hall. Howard again lands with a winging right hand. Howard fights off another takedown, then shoots for one of his own. Under 30 to go. Howard is pressing Hall into the cage. Knee from Hall on the break. Leg kick Howard. Right hand Hall. Spinning back kick just misses from Hall. Close round. PMN gives Hall the edge, 10-9.

Round 2 – Howard coming forward to start the second. Leg kick Howard. Returned by Hall. Hall getting loose now, kicking at different levels. Howard presses forward with that left hook again. Hall feints, then shoots, but gets stuffed. Howard locks up a guillotine attempt but Hall pulls free and lands on the break. Hall is hesitant even after his corner told him to go first. He just won’t open up his offense to this point. Howard has a leg and is looking to put Hall on his back. To the body inside from Howard. Knee, Hall. Hall turns and puts Howard on the cage. After a stall, the fighters are reset. Howard coming forward again. Hall still waiting. Big knee as Howard comes forward. They hit the ground after a scramble, and Hall ends up on Howard’s back as they get back to their feet. Howard uses a kimura to get Hall off of his back. Howard steps out and away, then immediately moves forward connecting with a left hand. Takedown by Howard. He’s winning this round for sure. To the body from Howard. End of the second. PMN scores round 2 for Howard.

Round 3 – Spinning back kick misses for Hall. Howard connects with his winging left hook. Hall is still hesitant to throw. Knee from Hall on the counter. Hall shoots again but is stuffed. He just hasn’t let his offense go in this fight. Hall still has Howard pressed on the cage but is doing nothing as boos erupt again. The referee steps in and restarts them. Head kick blocked by Howard. Leg kick Howard. Howard still coming forward, showing octagon control. Knee from Hall, but gives up the takedown. Hall gets back to his feet but still has Howard draped on his back. Knees from Howard. Hall turns in and dumps Howard to the mat. Howard gets back to his feet, and they break. Leg kick from Hall, but he’s doing nothing past a one strike attack. Hall flips in the air but misses with a kick. Howard dives in and just misses at the bell. Weird finish. PMN scores round 3 for John Howard, and the bout overall to him as well, 29-28.

MATT BROWN  vs. MIKE PYLE 

Round 1 – Leg kick from Brown. Right hand from Pyle forces Brown to retreat. Brown comes forward with another kick. He’s marching forward and connects with a left hook, a right hand, then a knee that drops Pyle. He stands over Pyle and drops a flurry of right hands leaving Pyle sleeping on the mat. Impressive stuff from Brown.

YURI ALCANTARA  vs. URIJAH FABER 

Round 1 – Leaping right hand from Faber. Faber comes forward for the takedown but Alcantara gets the throw and is on top. Faber scrambles for a leg. Alcantara transitions and takes the back of Faber. Alcantara landing punches from the top. He has two hooks in and is softening Faber up. Faber throwing punches with Alcantara on his back. Alcantara trying to lock up the body triangle but Faber is leaning on the side of that ankle to stop it. Faber scrambles and has shaken Alcantara not completely off but creates enough space to turn in. Faber elevates Alcantara and gets a big slam but lands right into a triangle choke. Faber pulls free and is now looking to punish Alcantara. Elbows. Huge punches now. Faber doing work from the top. This kid is just so resilient. Faber in the full guard of Alcantara now with just over a minute to go. Ground and pound attack from Faber. More elbows. He’s turned the round around. More work from Faber from the top. He’s taken the round back now. Elbows. End of round 1. PMN scores the first round for Faber, 10-9.

Round 2 – Faber with the kick. Alcantara lands a stiff right hand. They scramble in the clinch and it’s Faber that lands on top. Faber peppers Alcantara with short, grinding elbows. Alcantara opens up his guard against the cage. Faber lands to the body with a knee. Alcantara retains his guard, but that is just as dangerous with Faber on top. Alcantara doing a good job from his back defending, but Faber is still sneaking in punishing shots. Alcantara tries to kick off and get enough space to stand but Faber is relentless. More elbows. A flurry of elbows now. Complete domination in this round. Left hands pouring down now. Faber traps the arm of Alcantara and threatens with his patented guillotine. He lets it go and goes back to landing strikes. Alcantara stands but still has to contend with Faber being draped on him. Under 30 seconds to go. Alcantara tries for a throw but Faber again ends up on top. More punches. Bell. Round 2 goes to Faber easily.

Round 3 – Faber feinting kicks. He fakes a shot, then measures Alcantara with his jab. Right hand Faber. Alcantara fires back but Faber again scores inside. He’s constantly threatening with the takedown. Head kick by Alcantara blocked. Faber ducks a right hand then shoots but is stuffed. He resets and again comes forward feinting. Right hand Faber. Alcantara throws a winging left hand and Faber gets inside and puts him on his back again. Faber on top grinding once again. Alcantara has to get off his back but that’s easier said than done against Faber. Body shots from Faber. Short elbows. He stays busy from every position. Alcantara nearly gets the sweep, but Faber bases out and stays on top. More grinding elbows from Faber. The referee calls for work as Faber throws a flurry of short left hands. Just over a minute to go. Alcantara grabs an arm and shifts his hips. Faber recognizes it instantly, and finally gets his arm free. Dominating performance by Urijah Faber. PMN scores it 30-27 for Faber.

TRAVIS BROWNE vs. ALISTAIR OVEREEM 

Round 1 – Two HUGE guys in the cage now. The big boys are about to get down. Browne sticking his jab out to start. Overeem lands to the body then clinches. Knees from Overeem on the cage. Browne pushes him off and takes the center of the cage. Overeem to the body again. Browne with a nee. Flying knee from Browne. Wild, winging right hand from Browne. Overeem lands a knee to the body and drops Browne. Big flurry from Overeem nearly finishes the fight. The referee takes a close look. Overeem to the body again with a big knee. Browne is stunned again. Another flurry from Overeem. Somehow Browne survives and fires back. Big elbow from Overeem inside. Browne hanging on against the cage. Overeem drops for a takedown. He throws Browne to the mat, but Browne shrugs him off and backs up. Series of kicks from Browne. Overhand right from Browne misses. Overeem dips in and puts Browne back on the cage. Head kick from Browne blocked. Knee to the body from Browne. Overeem stalking. Clinch. Break. More kicks from Browne. Browne connects with a front kick and Overeem IS DOWN!!! Browne pounces and puts him away with hammerfists. Amazing victory for Browne.

MAURICIO “SHOGUN” RUA vs.. CHAEL SONNEN 

Round 1 – Sonnen shoots in immediately and puts “Shogun” on his back. Rua works back to his feet and turns Sonnen into the cage. Rua gets a bodylock takedown and is now on top. Sonnen going for a guillotine, but uses it to sweep. Back to the feet. Sonnen still pressing. Rua going for another takedown but Sonnen ends up on top. Rua looking for the sweep now but Sonnen maintains control from the top. Short punches from Sonnen as Rua works to get his hips out. Rua gets double unders and then goes with a butterfly guard. Sonnen is tough to sweep with his strong base. Big punches from Sonnen. Upkick from Rua. Sonnen grinding on Rua now. Sonnen scoring from the top. Body, body, head. Sonnen locks up the guillotine, and drops to his back. It. Is. Tight. The tap comes and Sonnen takes Rua out in the first.
