jason miller tuf 14Jason “Mayhem” Miller is a complete psychopath. I always saw a little bit of crazy in him ever since he came onto the scene in Strikeforce, no one can forget him coming in the ring after Jake Shields defended his middleweight title and basically ruined his moment to challenge him.

This of course was followed by an all out brawl in the ring which included Miller getting quadruple teamed by the two Diaz brothers and Shields corner men. He was always a good fighter, until he came into the national spotlight when he coached against Michael Bisping on the Ultimate Fighter Season 14.

Ever since Bisping knocked him out in his first UFC fight, he has been an absolute nut case. With only two more UFC fights under his belt (which he lost), Miller went from being a respected veteran, to being an absolute fluke. Miller’s name has popped up in the news multiple times in the past year for all the wrong reasons. He has always had a reputation for running his mouth about things that he disagrees with, and he knows how to get publicity. His most recent publicity came via a domestic violence case, which resulted in an arrest. Miller and his girlfriend got into an argument over a text message she found in his phone and according to police, his girlfriend had bruises all over her arms and legs and cuts on her face.

This isn’t the first time the former UFC middleweight has been involved in a domestic violence case. His first case, which happened in August of 2011, involved his sister who accused him of putting her in a headlock while they were playing around and refusing to let go. So this second domestic violence charge shouldn’t really come as a surprise to anyone.

Miller apologized to the media. He began his apology begging for forgiveness from his girlfriend and her family. Just as expected, Miller, being the nut case that he is, ended the apology with a phrase in gibberish that made everyone listening say, “Huh?”

This is the last straw for the once feared middleweight Jason “Mayhem” Miller, and it is going to be a while before we see him in a professional fight again, if ever. It’s kind of a shame you know? Miller used to flash brilliance in the cage every time he stepped in it, with stunning Brazilian jiu jitsu and very accurate striking, all he needed to do was be smart…. that’s it. Obviously he is not the first professional athlete who ruined their career by making stupid decisions, but to see someone with such potential turn into a complete nut case so quick, it’s a shame.

  1. He’s clearly demented from head trauma (and probably drugs). He’ll end up killing somebody or himself before too long.
