Part three of Jacob Klensin‘s mini-documentary series “Born Ready”, about four young Muay Thai fighters from Philly, takes a look at 13-year-old Elias Melendez “E-Killer” who is currently 4-0 and holds WKA, IKF and TBA tournament titles.
Like the other two fighters in parts one and two, Elias trains out of Sitan Gym in Philadelphia, Penn., under the tutelage of trainer and accomplished fighter Rami Ibrahim. Watch as Elias talks about the impact Muay Thai has had on his life, how he feels about fighting at such a young age and what his goals are for the future. You will also hear from his coach and family as they share their thoughts on young Elias and his development in and out of the ring.
