Ross “The Real Deal” Pearson has signed with Paradigm MMA Management for full-service representation.  In June 2009, the 28 year-old English fighter was the winner of The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) Season 9 and earned a six-figure UFC contract.

Pearson has amassed a very impressive 7-3 record in his first 10 fights in the UFC, including winning two “Fight of the Night Bonuses.” In addition, in 2012 Ross was the coach of the United Kingdom team in the UK vs. Australia season of The Ultimate Fighter.

Pearson then won his fight vs. opposing coach George Sotiropoulos via TKO in the 3rd round, which marked his return to the UFC’s Lightweight division.  In April 2012, Pearson won his second straight fight via TKO with a finish over Ryan Couture.

Pearson is originally from Sunderland, England and is widely regarded as the 2nd best fighter from the country, behind perennial Middleweight contender and TUF season 3 winner Michael Bisping.  Pearson lives and trains in San Diego at Alliance Training Center under head coach Eric DelFierro, with other notable UFC fighters such as Dominic Cruz, Phil Davis and Brandon Vera.  Pearson stated the following about the recent signing,  “I’m very excited to be working with Paradigm MMA Management.  I’m looking forward to a bright future together and taking my career to the next level.  I’m positive I have the best team possible behind me in my pursuit of the UFC Lightweight Gold.”

Paradigm MMA Management President Audie Attar said, “We are honored and excited to have Ross joining the Paradigm MMA team.  As both a winner and then coach on TUF, Ross is one of the most exciting and talented fighters in the UFC Lightweight division.  In addition to his fighting talent, Ross is a standout representative of the sport and his country.  We look forward to working together as a team for many years to come.”
