Since I have been home from my fight, I have gotten to kill a few items on my food bucket list from this last fight. I am actually going to continue my special diet, just not as super strict until I schedule a fight that is…..So I am logging my food and exercise again for all of you to check out; next week it will be a full blog with all the goodness attached! lol.

I still feel the same about the decision; however, I am grateful to KNOW that I beat the #1 ranked fighter, in the world, at my weight class. I have proven myself to Bjorn as well as Bellator MMA, and cannot wait to do some more business in that lovely circle cage!!

I have been back in the gym training since last Monday, lifting and hitting the mats as usual. Our kids grappling class is going great as well.
I am very grateful to have my amazing husband/coach in my corner; thanks for everything you do. I would like to thank my striking coach Aaron for all of the time you spent with in the little amount of time I had to prep; it paid off and everyone noticed!! A big thanks to my training partner and good friend “Ferg” aka Ryan Ferguson for being such a great friend and putting in the hours at the gym with me!!!
