It was announced on FUEL TV’s “UFC Tonight” that Donald Cerrone will welcome Strikeforce import KJ Noons to the UFC at UFC 160. The event is set to take place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena on May 25 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Cain Velasquez will look for his second win over Antonio “Bigfoot” Silva in the main event as he puts his UFC heavyweight title on the line.

Cerrone (19-5, 1NC) comes into this fight off the first round TKO loss to Anthony Pettis at the UFC on FOX 6 event in January. It was the first TKO/KO loss of his MMA career and his first loss after winning back-to-back fights.

Noons (11-6) comes into this fight off a split decision loss to Ryan Couture at the final Strikeforce event in January. It was a decision that many felt Noons easily won, but the judges saw it otherwise.

It should be a great standup fight between two fighters that like to keep things on the feet.
