Multiple outlets have reported the news, with Globo Esporte initially reporting the news that Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira and Fabricio Werdum will coach the second season of TUF Brazil.

The second season will reportedly feature welterweight fighters and begin filming in January 2013. The two coaches will face another afterwards, which will be a rematch from their PRIDE 2006 bout in which Nogueira won via unanimous decision.

Both fighters have appeared on “The Ultimate Fighter” reality show with Nogueira being the main coach on season 8 opposite Frank Mir. Werdum appeared as an assistant coach to Wanderlei Silva on the first season of TUF Brazil.

Nogueira (34-7-1, 1NC) is coming off a submission win over Dave Herman at UFC 153. Werdum (16-5-1) is coming off a TKO win over Mike Russow at UFC 147.

The UFC has not formally announced who the coaches will be at this point. However, stay tuned to ProMMAnow (www.prommanow.com) for more news and coverage.
