UFC officials have announced a bantamweight fight for the UFC on FOX 5 event that’s set for December 8th in Seattle, Washington. Mike Easton will take on TUF Finalist TJ Dillashaw in a battle to climb up the bantamweight rankings.

Mike Easton (13-1) is riding an eight fight winning streak, and was last seen in action winning a unanimous decision over MMA veteran Ivan Menjivar at UFC 148. Easton has won three consecutive fights since joining the UFC promotion in October 2011.

TJ Dillashaw (6-1) is coming off a submission win over Vaughn Lee in July. Dillashaw has won back-to-back fights since suffering his lone defeat at the hands of John Dodson at the TUF 14 Finale.

UFC on FOX 5 will be headlined by the UFC lightweight title fight where Ben Henderson will look to defend his title against Nate Diaz. The co-main event will feature a light heavyweight bout between former UFC light heavyweight champion Mauricio “Shogun” Rua and rising contender Alexander Gustafsson.

The UFC on FOX 5 event will take place in Seattle, Washington, at the Key Arena. The tentative card can be found below:
