Inside the Cage Radio with host Greg DeLong is back! After a brief hiatus while Greg moved from Reno to the So-Cal area, Inside the Cage Radio returns. On today’s episode Greg welcomed veteran MMA journalist Josh Gross of ESPN (@JoshGrossESPN) to help break down Saturday’s UFC 148 card headlined by UFC middleweight champion Anderson Silva putting his title on the line once again in a rematch against everybody’s favorite trash-talker Chael P. Sonnen.

Anderson Silva has been uncharacteristically vocal heading into this bout and has been doing some pretty heavy duty trash-talking of his own. Greg and Josh ponder if Chael has possibly gotten inside Anderson’s head, and who has the mental advantage going into the fight. The guys also discuss how much Anderson’s rib injury actually played into their first fight and how much Sonnen has been working on his submission defense since then. Both Greg and Josh give their picks on the fight, but you’ll have to listen to find out!

Greg and Josh break down the UFC 148 co-main event between Tito Ortiz vs. Forrest Griffin in what will be Tito’s farewell fight, and they also share their thoughts on his induction into the UFC Hall of Fame.  The guys also weigh in on some of the other main card bouts and give their thoughts how they think UFC 148 will do in regards to Pay-Per-View numbers. All this and much more on Inside the Cage Radio!
