ProMMAnow.com (www.prommanow.com) reporter Joe Gugelman caught up with Team Faber lightweight Joe Proctor (8-1) at a brunch for the The Ultimate Fighter Live contestants held this past week in Las Vegas. Proctor talked about his time on The Ultimate Fighter Live as well as his upcoming fight against Team Cruz’s Jeremy Larsen (8-2, 1 NC) which takes place Friday at the TUF Live Finale at the Palms.
Proctor said he and Larsen got along great in the house and he likes him as a person. He feels Larsen has good stand-up, good off-the-cage wrestling and even predicted they could possibly take home fight of the night. Proctor hails from Massachusetts and credits all his success to Joe Lauzon who he said taught him everything. He also mentioned another Team Lauzon fighter we should keep our eye on and talked about the type of fighters he hopes to face in the UFC.
