Reporting for ProMMAnow.com (www.prommanow.com), Dr. Rhadi Ferguson caught up with fellow 2004 U.S. Olympic judo team member Rick Hawn (13-1) following his knockout win over Lloyd “Cupcake” Woodard in the Bellator season six lightweight tournament semifinals at Bellator 66 in Cleveland. Hawn talked about how he set up the knockout and the strategy he used to implement his game plan. The Olympian also discussed the team of coaches and trainers who have helped him make the transition into professional MMA and he also touched on moving down to lightweight from welterweight. Hawn will return to action on May 25 when he takes on Brent Weedman in the Bellator season six lightweight tournament finals.
