With a new regime of diverse training I’m feeling stronger each day. From my Sunday truck pushes, mental disciplined yoga, strength circuit training and standard MMA training, I am ready for the Second Coming.
I’ve rehearsed making weight; the task was arduous but not as difficult as I believed it would be.
In my timed truck pushes, I am getting faster each week. My strength is stable and my mental game is steadfast ready.
I would like to give a special thanks to my team and fans.
This past Sunday, my team had a fan appreciation day with free food and beverages. The children playing and cheering me on during my truck push rekindled fond memories.
Like my father Andy, I feel comfortable in a family atmosphere.
As we are coming down to the last week, I will continue to push my training hard until about three days before the fight.
This week I will start managing my weight down again for the final cut. Knowing that I have made the weight already gives me a good idea where I need to be when I do make the final cut and what my body can take.
I am in the best shape I have been in for any of my fights before. I have gone through the fight in my mind hundreds of times already. I have put myself in all positions, bad and good, so I can stay comfortable and calm.
I am excited and I am ready to put on a great fight for the fans. Team Underdog will be in full affect come March 9th.
