The 15th season of The Ultimate Fighter will feature the lightweight (155 lbs.) and welterweight (170 lbs.) divisions. The show, which ran on Spike TV from 2005-2011, will be moving to a new LIVE format on the FOX-owned network, FX, in 2012.

Fighters who wish to try out for TUF 15 must be at least 21-years-old, have a winning record with a minimum of three verifiable pro MMA fights (record must be on either Sherdog.com or MMA.tv).

An open casting call for TUF 15 will take place on Monday, Dec. 5, 2011, in the Dallas Ballroom at Texas Station in Las Vegas, Nev. Texas Station is located at 2101 Texas Star Lane in North Las Vegas, Nev., 89032. For room reservations call: 1-800-654-8888.

TUF 15 hopefuls need to complete and sign this application  and bring it along to the tryouts. Would-be contestants need to also bring along a DVD of their self with fight footage and at least a two-minute interview.

Those attending the casting call must arrive between 8 a.m. – 9 a.m. for registration. Fighters will be required to grapple and hit pads and are asked to dress accordingly and bring all necessary gear such as mouthguard, cup, hand wraps and gloves.

Fighters who cannot attend the tryouts in Las Vegas on Dec. 5 are asked to fill out and follow the instructions on the application and will need to mail it in. All applications must be received by Thursday, Dec. 1, 2011.
