Long-running MMA television show Inside MMA, hosted by Bas Rutten and Kenny Rice, began their new LIVE format Monday night on HDNet. The weekly show has traditionally aired on Friday evenings, but with the new live format, the show has moved to Monday nights at 8 p.m. ET/PT. UFC light heavyweight contender Phil Davis and MMA trainer/coach Matt Hume were on the guest panel Monday. UFC Heavyweights Roy Nelson and Frank Mir also joined the show via satellite for interviews.
