Strikeforce light heavyweight champ Dan Henderson discusses his feelings on returning to the UFC and says he is “nervous on the futre of Strikeforce”.

He is still unsure of what is to become of his Strikeforce belt. He  says the highlight of his days with Strikeforce was definitely defeating Fedor, even more so than winning the title.

Henderson says he would love to fight UFC light heavyweight champ Jon “Bones” Jones because he presents a different type of challenge to test himself against.

First though, Hendo has to get through Mauricio “Shogun” Rua at UFC 139 in November. Hendo gave his thoughts on “Shogun” and thinks he will be able to wear him out over five rounds and feels the extra rounds will be an advantage for himself.

Henderson said Anderson Silva is about the only person he would fight at 185. He also discusses a nagging back injury he has had to deal with the last 20 years. All Dan Henderson fans know he likes to hit and slap his legs and body before his fights. Henderson reveals why he does that.
