Fight Hub’s Marcos Villegas caught up with UFC welterweight champ Georges St-Pierre at Freddie Roach‘s Wild Card Gym in Hollywood, Calif., recently and spoke to the champ about working with the world renown boxing coach and his upcoming title fight with Nick Diaz.
St-Pierre said Diaz presents a unique set of problems, much different than his last opponent, but he plans to solve those problems. St-Pierre vs. Diaz will headline UFC 137 at the Mandalay Bay Events in Las Vegas on Oct. 29.
Despite these so called “problems” my bet is still on ST-Pierre. I think we’ll defeat Diaz and maintain the belt!
