KILLEEN, Texas – The fight-night bonuses were $30,000 tonight, and one UFC fighter gets to take home two awards for a total of  $60,000.

Yves Edwards was awarded “Submission of the Night” honors for his rear-naked choke of guillotine master Cody McKenzie in a preliminary bout that was steamed live on Facebook, and along with Cody McKenzie, was also  given the “Fight of the Night” award.

Melvin Guillard showed why he is called “The Young Assassin” in his bout against top contender Evan Dunham, needing less than 3 minutes to dismantle the momentum towards a title shot that Dunham had been building.

Guillard finished Dunham off with powerful knees after dropping him with a flush right hand midway through the first round of the main event. The performance by Guillard earned him the award for “Knockout of the Night.
