Chute Boxe heavyweight fighter Vinicius Quieroz failed a UFC 120 postfight drug screening and tested positive for the anabolic steroid stanolozol, according to MMAJunkie.com, and was subsequently released from the organization.

The MMAJunkie report says that Quieroz was the only UFC 120 fighter to test positive. Main event combatants Michael Bisping and Yoshihiro Akiyama and a handful of other randomly tested fighters all came up clean.

Quieroz came into his UFC 120 fight against Rob Broughton on a four fight winning streak, but Broughton submitted Quieroz in the third round with a rear naked choke.
