Frank Mir talks about the experience advantage he holds over Shane Carwin. Mir has been in the big fights, the title fights, he fought at UFC 100, while this title fight (interim) will be something new for Carwin. Mir points out that while Carwin still holds a day job, MMA is Mir’s life.

Mir also discusses James Toney’s UFC arrival, feels it’s a great thing, and actually hopes he could train with him at some point. He would be willing to help Toney, if in turn, Toney would work with him at boxing. Mir feels if Toney can take it seriously and come in great shape he could do really well.

Mir and Carwin will clash this Saturday night in the co-main event at “UFC 111: St. Pierre vs. Hardy“, and the event will air live on pay-per-view.

Now listen to Mir talk about why he doesn’t like “bully” Brock Lesnar. Also, it’s interesting to note, not only can Mir maim you with his martial arts, he carries a gun and knife everywhere he goes! Look out! He explains why he is a protector of mankind.
