COLUMBUS, Ohio – ProMMAnow.com (www.prommanow.com) reporter Brian Furby was live on the scene at Friday’s “WEC 47: Bowles vs. Cruz” fighter weigh-ins. All 22 fighters made weight without incident, including main event bantamweight Brian Bowles, who will be defending his title against number one contender Dominick Cruz.
A taped video broadcast of the WEC weigh-ins will be made available for viewing in our UFC Room. Also, we will have a complete photo gallery from the weigh-ins available shortly. Saturday night we will provide live play-by-play commentary during the “Bowles vs. Cruz” event beginning at 7pm ET, and which airs live on Versus beginning at 10pm ET.
