Sportsbook.com has actually released odds in anticipation of a future match-up between UFC Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar and WAMMA Heavyweight Champion Fedor Emelianenko. The odds have Lesnar as the under dog: Brock Lesnar +190 vs. Fedor Emelianenko -240

Even though Fedor is signed to a contract with Affliction Entertainment, UFC President Dana White made a comment at the UFC 100 post-fight press conference that the UFC would eventually sign Fedor and put together the Lesnar vs. Emelianenko match-up.

“Eventually, Fedor’s going to be here. I want Fedor. I want him to come to the UFC.,” White stated. “This guy (Brock Lesnar) just won the heavyweight title, and we’ll end up getting that deal done. And then we’ll do Brock vs. Fedor, and it’ll be a huge fight,” he added.

White is confident once Fedor’s current Affliction contract is up they will be able to snag him, “He’s obviously contractually obligated to fight (with Affliction). Once that’s over, we’ll figure it out.”

It seems Sportsbook.com is also confident that the UFC President can get the deal worked out. They have started accepting wagers on the bout already. Here is what it says on their website regarding the fight: “Venue TBA (All Wagers are valid if bout takes place under MMA rules in any organization before October 3rd 2010).”

Bodog is also offering the same odds with the same conditions; the fight  must take place under MMA rules in any organization before 10-03-2010. Why they have picked that as the magical cut-off date is anyone’s guess.
