Mendes stops Siler at PFC Best of Both Worlds 3

Top featherweight prospect Chad Mendes added another win to his record by knocking out Steven Siler in only 44 seconds Thursday night. The Urijah Faber protégé improved to 4-0 with the victory.

This was the third boxing and MMA hybrid card put on by the Palace Fighting Championships, which is based out of the Taichi Palace.

Shawn Bias righted his career in the co-main event. After dropping his last two fights, Bias picked up a victory over Shawn Klarcyk. Although Bias was deducted a point, he was able to control the fight with his wrestling and avoid submissions. The final judges scores were 29-27, 29-27, and 28-28.
