“Bellator X” is in the books and Joe Soto walks away as the very first Bellator Featherweight Champion and the recipient of the $100,000 tournament prize. The Citizens Business Bank Arena hosted the event Friday night, June 5th, in Ontario, California.

Joe Soto dominated Yahir Reyes with relentless ground and pound for the entire first round and repeated the same strategy in round two. With less than a minute remaining in the second, Reyes gave up his back, Soto sunk in a rear naked choke and forced the tap out.
