PRO MMA (promma.info) has a complete photo collection from Frank Shamrock’s media workout which took place in San Jose on Wednesday. The event was in preparation for his upcoming Strikeforce bout with Nick Diaz which will air live April 11th on Showtime.
Shamrock was in good spirits and seems to be ready to get in the cage with the bad boy from Stockton. Most of the photos from the day’s events are below, although you can check out all the pics of the former UFC and Strikeforce champion in the PRO MMA Photo Gallery.
Frank also answered the questions you submitted to PRO MMA earlier in the week. Shamrock reiterated that a bout with adoptive brother Ken Shamrock is “never going to happen.”
Lacy M: How many more years do you have left in the sport?
SHAMROCK: Nine more years.
Richard Mann: Where do you rank yourself at 185?
SHAMROCK: Probably at the bottom.
Richard Mann: Do you regret taking so much time away from the sport
SHAMROCK: Nope, best decision I’ve ever made
Richard Mann: Have you spoke to Renzo Gracie since your bout?
SHAMROCK: Nope, haven’t talked to him. We’ve reached out to him a few times to try and get him to fight and no response.
