We here at PRO MMA – http://promma.info wish all of our readers a very happy and special holiday season. We hope you have a Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukah, and a kick-ass Kwanzaa.

Wouldn’t your holidays be that much more special with some extra pocket cash this time of year? Why not, right? This weekend you have a good chance to do just that with UFC 92 and the BetUS.com betting lines.

The UFC is ending 2008 with the most promising card of the year as the original Ultimate Fighter, Forrest Griffin (-130) defends his Light Heavyweight Title against The Ultimate Fighter 2.0, “Sugar” Rashad Evans (-110).

Then the Ultimate Fighter season eight coaches face off as Interim UFC Heavyweight Champion, Antonio “Minotauro” Nogueira (-350) faces former heavyweight champion, Frank Mir (+225).

Also in the lineup we have two of the toughest light heavyweights in the world squaring off as Quinton “Rampage” Jackson (-110) seeks revenge against “The Axe Murderer” Wanderlei Silva (-130) for chopping him up twice before.

UFC 92: The Ultimate 2008 takes place this Saturday, December 27, live on Pay-Per-View from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, NV. The event kicks off the broadcast live at 7pm PST/9pm CST.

The good news about this card if you’re looking to do some betting on the UFC, is that there are lines on each and every fight, which doesn’t always happen. If you see some odds that catch your eye on this card, go for it.

Here are a couple of lines that jump out:

Best Bet 1:  The “Boogeyman” Dean Lister vs. Yusin Okami fight has some interesting odds with Lister at +225 and Okami at -350. For every hundred you lay down on Lister you would get $225 back if he were to win. They are both on two-fight win streaks with Lister’s last fight being Jeremy Horn and Okami’s latest win being Evan Tanner. Lister definitely has the tools to submit Okami if he gets him down.

Best Bet 2:  Most so-called “mma experts” are not giving Frank Mir a hope in hell of winning his fight with Big Nog. However, if you are one to disagree with the experts and think all the beatings Nog has taken have caught up with him or that Mir’s athleticism is too much for Nog, then betting on Mir would pay a nice return if he were to pull it off. Just like Lister, Mir is also at +225 while Big Nog is at -350. Mir knows this is THE defining fight of his life. Will he rise to the occassion? It is possible and if you have the cash to lay down, you would get a handsome return.
