Last weekend I righted the ship. The pressure was on, but I still went 11-2 (3NC). My overall record is now 90-24 (13NC). My picking rate is headed in the right direction again at 79%. This week we take a look at some great cards. In action are everyone’s favorite CageDiva Miesha Tate, top flyweight contenders and Butterbean. As always do not be afraid to voice your opinion in the comments section.

Mike Easton (7-1) vs. Chase Beebe (12-4)
A lot of people are excited about Mike Easton, because he has all the physical tools. He is also a very skilled grappler with dynamite knees in the clinch. However, he is not going to be able to deal with Chase Beebe’s wrestling game. Easton has ended up on the bottom in his last few fights, but against Beebe he will be stuck down there and punished. If Beebe avoided being caught by Rani Yahya, then he came avoid Easton’s ground game. Five-round bantamweight fights are always a good show. Pick = Chase Beebe
The Nevada State Athletic Commission has released the fighter salaries for UFC 100 as promoters are required by law to submit the salary information to the athletic commission.
Also included are bonuses of a record $100,000 for Fight of the Night to Yoshihiro Akiyama and Alan Belcher, Knockout of the Night to Dan Henderson and Submission of the Night to Tom Lawlor. The total payroll for UFC 100 was: $1,790,000 with a live gate of $5.1 million.
If Michael Bisping had a chance to win his fight with Dan Henderson at UFC 100, most people would probably agree it would have been on the feet.
Once the fight started Bisping appeared tentative and unwilling to stand in the pocket. He stayed on his bicycle for the entire first round. He appeared a bit hesitant. When he did engage it was quickly in, then quickly back out.
When top UFC fighters like Lyoto Machida and Anderson Silva employ similar strategies often referred to as “elusive,” their movements are natural and fluid, and when they attack it is precise, without hesitation, and accurate.
Well, it’s finally here. All the hype comes to a climax tonight as “UFC 100: Lesnar vs. Mir 2” goes down at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, Nev.
PRO MMA (promma.info) will be providing live results and play-by-play commentary on all the action, so why not follow along and let us know your thoughts on all the bouts as they take place.
