The weigh-ins for Bellator 87 are in the books with all Season 8 lightweight tournament quarterfinalists making weight without issue.

Original headliner and tournament participant Patricky “Pitbull” Freire has suffered a last minute knee injury and has been replaced by Saad Awad, who will take on “Pitbull’s” original opponent, Guillaum DeLorenzi. Lloyd Woodard vs. David Rickels is now expected to take the main event spot.
